One of the reasons people have arguments and fights, is they mainly don't understand how the opposite person feels. Take, for example, a broken relationship. From what I've seen, alot of times the guy doesn't understand how much the girl feels for him. For example:
Girl is over-protective over her boyfriend, trys to make sure he doesn't cheat; boyfriend cheats due to overprotection.
In order to understand people, you both have to be honest with how you are feeling. You can't expect people to understand how your feeling if you don't tell them. Unfortunately, when we are angry we want people to know how we feel, but we feel vulnerable and do not want to tell them. So, as hard as it may be, try and try to be open with your feelings, and also try to understand others, this way you probably won't get angry with them as much when they do something you disagree with. How do you think Mothers put up with children? You'd think they would go crazy(which some do of course) but they brought up their children, and understand why the children do what they do.
So, in order to keep a stable relationship(not just with your partner), and be happy, be open, and understand.

i only fight when i'm absolutely sure i will win, so i'm always happy.

This is absolutely true man! My sister and mum have been having a worse and worse relationship for years and now they hardly talk. Its hard because I see it from both their sides, but neither of them can see things from the other persons point of view so they can't see why they do the things they do. Instead they just say "she did that because she hates me" or whatever and never even tries to see the other point of view!
ReplyDeletethis is true, i feel im having problems again with my gf.
ReplyDeleteYou're right, I'm always open to family and I always say what I want to say haha!
ReplyDeleteBut sometimes it's awkward to get open to my friends because I end up getting a little emotional LOL.
This is a good solid advice, granted, but I think the biggest problem here is that usually only one side is open to what you've said and the other isn't.
ReplyDeleteAnyhow, following and supporting, mate! :)
good insights bro! self-knowledge is the root of happiness.
ReplyDeletetheres only one person i can be open with <3
ReplyDeletePretty solid advice here, man! I think more boyfriends cheat out of lust than overprotection, but that's just my opinion though.

ReplyDeleteSo true a lot of times in a argument we think we run out of things to say but really we just run out of things to say to cover up or justify our hidden emotions. cool blogg dude/dudet

ReplyDeleterelationships between people are always mutual almost business like. I remember this philosopher I read about who said everything people do is for personal gain either consciously or unconsciously and its the human affinty.
ReplyDeletehmm, most people dont want to try and understand. theyre too lazy i guess

I mostly dump them, or get dumped, because the relationship gets boring. Easiest thing is to just get over it. Brooding over a ruined relationship is like milking a dead cow. Not really a win for anyone.
ReplyDeleteSound advice. You should think about writing a book.
ReplyDeletethe hole point is to not feel obligated to do anything and only do what comes from your heart.

ReplyDeleteI think it some points its important for fights to occur in a relationship. It allows people to get their emotions out and if they stay close after the fight strengthens their relationships. Such as a couple that never fights, when they eventually disagree on something serious because they have never fought the fight will big alot more dangerous to their relationship and they may split up.
ReplyDeleteGreat blog
ReplyDeleteI could never bring myself to be caught cheating.
ReplyDeletejust surf the webs and found out your blog. Thank you a lot for this beautiful post. I'm secretly in love with a girl but dont have the gut to tell her how I feel. Sometimes I am so depressed but I think God will favor those who are patient and courage. Once again, thank you.
